- Refunds: Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will receive a 80% refund.
- Store Credit: In some instances, customers may receive store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future bookings.
Cancellation Fee:
Depending on the timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply as follows:- Cancellations made 12 days or more in advance: 5% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: 10% fee.
Transfer Option:
